Academic integrity is very much like good nutrition and exercise: people talk about it a lot but do not always practice it. By now, you should have a grasp on academic integrity, and be familiar with our university’s Academic Integrity Policy (opens in a new window).
While most people would associate academic integrity with writing, it plays a vital role in speaking and communication. As with writing, if you do not cite and substantiate your sources, your speeches lack credibility.
