IBSU487 Generational Gaps in Todays Workplace Research Paper My topic will be the generation gaps in today’s workplace. In manycompanies, there are more diversified age groups from teenagers tosenior citizens. As a result, social circles may be formed and someworkers may be isolated from the team. Millennialswill make up 75% of the workforce, and they are changing the workculture. Employees from other generations may have difficulties adaptingto changes in the workplace and the work culture that the youngergeneration are bringing about. There may also be times that workers fromdifferent generations may disagree with how things should be done. Idecided to choose this specific topic because this issue is what I dealwith in my own work environment. Military careers bring about peoplefrom different parts of the States along with different age groupscombined into a single group.
