Selecting a project
In IT487, you developed a business case. This business case consisted of system components, requirements, and a technical design document.
As a group, hold a discussion, and select the IT network system application project you will implement in this course. This will be one of the projects that were designed in IT487.
Selecting a system development methodology
You have had a chance to research and consider various system development methodologies. As a group, hold a discussion and select a system development methodology that your team will use for the project.
Work breakdown structure
Using the design from the selected IT487 project, create a work breakdown structure (WBS). This will be used to plan the work for each week. Break the project down into realistic tasks, and assign the tasks to group members.
