What does an ideal week look like to you? (Perfect organized schedule for everything, no late work)
Do you have a planner and google calendar/spreadsheet? (I have planner for each single day and each single activity)
(Such as class calendar+assignment+work out plan+meal plan)
Or do you just wing it and improvise based on what the day throws at you?
Questions to consider:
What is your personal approach to tackling a day? (Have organized schedule and seperate the day to do different things)
Does brain chatter (if any) settle when you are organized? (it does sometimes and it was stressful but I think we should get used to it otherwise it may stop us)
How do you keep yourself focused on a task? (Or do you jump around) (organize the time on the task for example Do it for 25mins and get 5mins break and go on with this pattern)
How can you make your routine healthier and more efficient (there is no wrong answer)? (eat healthy, go work out, take note for every dealine, dont stay up late if possible, don’t waste time,)
Did you come up with a name for your fixed-mindset? （there is no name, the biggest problem for myself is most of the time I don’t say no to people, it is hard for me but it could be a bad thing for me sometimes） Where does this persona show up?
