QSO340 Mod 2 Northeast Montessori Institute PMBOK® Process Groups
As you learned in the assigned resources, the five PMBOK® Process Groups (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Controlling, and Closing) are specific processes that help project managers plan, implement, monitor, manage, and lead projects in an organized fashion.
In this short paper, you will create a general overview of the five PMBOK® Process Groups and an analysis of how two of those process groups apply to the management of the case study for the final project. Additionally, you will identify shortcomings in the project management of the case and make recommendations for improvement.
