You are an Employee Relations Specialist in the HR department of XYZ Corporation. The Director of Human Resources, Jacob Wickham, asks for your help in developing a comprehensive training manual for new managers entering the company. The manual will include a series of trainings and will cover a wide range of managerial topics, and you have been assigned to create an entire section titled Managerial Problem Solving & Decision Making and Employee Motivation.
